I ordered a PS 5 from eGlobal Central when I couldn't find anywhere in traditional stores in the US. I was concerned when no one contacted me with the shipment details. I wrote to them reminded them I was promised the delivery between 6-8days. Few hours later I got the tracking details and received the PS 5 on day 7, brand new, in very good condition in time for my son's birthday. I was very pleased. I commend eGlobal Central US.

I purchased a keyboard for my son that cost €114 which never arrived. Sent few emails no response and somehow can not claim my money back through paypal. Really mad. If it would be €20 i would say never mind but to steal €114 ! I'm cracking. Stay away! It's a scam page

I ordered a couple of things before, everything was not bad. Now I ordered a phone from them. I've been waiting for him for three months. They deferred as best they could, promised to send in a week, two months. About 2 weeks ago, they said they had sent it. Track number doesn't work. I haven't received the phone yet. I just began to hate them. If your nerves and patience are dear to you, do not order anything from them. The mail is very hard to answer., Deceive. Rare scum

I purchased my ps5 they had it in stock, although it was a 300 markup due to supply and demand, I was able to purchase using a pay monthly app and I got my ps5 delivered within 1 WEEK. I was very pleased with the delivery and I will consider another purchase from them soon, maybe a new xbox!

Knowinly sold me an item which a key feature cant be used where I live (a Smartwatch but no NFC ) . When contacted says it is not thier fault.

They may be slightly cheap but not worth the hassle. Go and get your items from a local retailer...

Ordered Samsung phone not available in my area, price was about if not a little less for more, paid little extra to get it insured, why 4 stars for me need more communication as to status of order. But all in all I will be using eGlobal Central for other purchases

I purchased a Samsung galaxy s20+ with this company in November 2020 and had purchased a few other items over the years too. I knew they were slow to send out items so didn't expect too much trouble, we are now in March and still no phone. I have tried contacting them but just an automated email in reply. I moved it on for the resolution centre in PayPal to sort this out but seem to be getting nowhere. What I can't understand is why PayPal know this company has issues, why are they not flagging customers to protect them more from these companies. At the moment its getting to nearly 4 months wait for an outcome.

Scam artist that claims to be from your country to get the appearance of PayPal Buyer Protection. Then sends out defective product and when you complain then asks for it to be returned to Hong Kong. PaPal are complicit in this as in the UK by law it is the sellers responsibility for returns but they give this scammer something to hide behind

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a camera lens on 12/4/20. Information I received said it shipped on 12/10/20. I've emailed the company and they emailed back (10 days later) saying they would check on it. That was a month ago. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have requested a refund. They are shipping from Hong Kong, which they don't tell you. There is no phone number to contact them. MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN!

Don't buy anything with eGlobal. They never said that they are in HongKong, and the items we ordered would be sent from HK. It's a lot of risk for the customers, like me, who couldn't receive the ordered item, but have to pay them.
I ordered a cell phone on line on Nov. 2020. After order, I couldn't receive the tracking number for many days. So I emailed them to ask. They told me that the item that I ordered was run out of the stock and the new product would arrive on the following Monday . I agreed to wait. They gave me the tracking number finally, but I never received my order. I used that tracking number to check with FedEx where they delivered my package, but was told that it's not available for FedEx to provide the shipping location. I emailed eGlobal. they asked me to fill out a form called "Explanation of the recipient for the following Consignment", I declared that the item was not delivered. After submitting the required documents, eGlobal didn't update me for a very long time until now. Today my bank told me that eGlobal refused to give me the credit amount that I paid them.
This merchant is too bad. They are cheating the customers' money. So don't buy anything with eGlobal.

The only reason I gave it even one star was because I eventually got my phone i ordered. The website always says in stock but dont believe that. I ordered on Jan 11 and they said 7 business days max i would have it. Well over 10 emails and 35 days a parcel finally arrived. They kept sending me copy and paste messages that got really annoying , asking me to please wait a little longer and we will exepedite your order with fast shipping. Ya, not....anyways beware with this site, if you are ok with waiting a month or longer for your items that come from different companies not Global itself then order away. I would use paypal so you have some protection tho!

I ordered 2 ad400pro on 13 January and i received my order on 11 February. I was ready to cancel my order when i saw the reviews here but hopefully i didn't and i saved 400euros.I send them emails many times and they responded the next day. If you cannot wait I don't suggest it but if you don't have a problem waiting 1 month it worths it!

The lowest price of a NEW SHURE AONIS50 i can find anywhere! Understandably, you won't get warranty service in US and the potential exchange/return could be cumbersome, however, you should stick to your local BESTBUY if you don't have faith in E-commerce. I've made multiple purchases from eGlobal, ranging from sub 200 to 400+ dollars. all stellar experiences. Have a little faith, fellas!
